Great location and great atmosphere in the picturesque Nieblum. The owners Lisa and Simon have created a real gem with their Saimon’s restaurant on the island of Föhr. In terms of quality and taste, only the very finest, truly artistic compositions spoil the guests' palates, real "culinary sex" The service is sensational, friendly and, above all, is characterized by competence. Sometimes the "artist" squints out of his kitchen :-) When we visit the beautiful North Sea island of Wyk, a visit to Saimon‘s is an absolute must for us. Lisa, Simon and the whole team: keep it up, it's sensational what you offer.

Perfect service, really delicious food, very warm hosts. So the summary. We were even allowed to take a look at the kitchen and were even welcome there. And even if it wasn't on the menu, there was a vegetarian dish for us!

Great fish restaurant in Nieblum! The menu includes various types of fish that are fried whole, with a selection of side dishes or complete fish dishes. I ate a piece of sturgeon on a curry orange risotto with currants and it tasted fantastic. There are also 2 meat dishes and an extra dish for children. And the map changes regularly. The cost per dish is around € 20-35, but is very reasonable due to the quality of the ingredients and the taste. We will be back definitely!

I haven't had what food I get in this restaurant anywhere. We have already been to many star restaurants but even these did not have the same quality as here. To be honest, I don't have the words for which we were allowed to eat here today. This is the best in quality and quantity that we have ever eaten. If this restaurant were to be rated according to the Michelin Guide, it would be `` at least '' 3 stars. We will definitely be back. First class food. Madness and the greatest respect to the cook.
